Hey guys! Can you believe it's already Friday?? This week has FLOWN by! We've got a fun interval-type workout in store for you tomorrow. I have programmed some 400m runs, but if you don't have a 400m route, you can just run 1 minute out and 1 minute back for a total of 2 minutes of cardio.
Our zoom class tomorrow it bright and early at 7am! Coach Brittany will help you stay on time with all the intervals so you will definitely want to take advantage of that! Hope to see you there! Then it's weekend time :)
