Your Stamina Wednesday WOD will be posted on SugarWOD shortly (8pm sharp!). You can use any weighted object for the workout (post in the SugarWOD comments what object and weight you used). Also single arm movements are allowed! You will do 10 reps total of each (5 each arm). If you opt to perform a bodyweight workout instead, I have made a scaled/bodyweight option as well.
