2 minute row or bike, then:
10 Leg Swings (ea. leg/direction)
10 Rig Assisted Squats (search bottom position for tight spots)
10 Hanging Scap retractions
10 Fire Hydrant Circles (ea. leg/direction)
10 Single Leg Glute Bridge (ea. leg)
10 Reverse Lunge (ea. leg)
10 Lateral Lunge (ea. leg)
Break up the following however you see fit. If you are doing a partner version, split the reps equally with 1 partner working at a time.
100 Reverse Lunges 35/50 (DB) or 35/53 (KB)
100 Shoulder-to-Overhead 85/135
100 Box Jumps 24/30
