8 Hundred meter run

89 second plank hold

 

 

CrossFit (10am)

 

Warm-up:

2 minutes of cardio, then:

10 x Leg swings ea. direction ea. leg

10 Spiderman lunges with reach

10 Push-ups

10 x Good Mornings

10 x OH Squats

10 x KB Swings

10 x Goblets

10 x Lunge Steps

 

Strength:

T&G Power Snatch

3 x 5 reps at 70%

3 x 4 reps at 80%

3 x 3 reps at 90%

 

WOD:

 

3 RFT:

1 Rope Climb

3 Thrusters

8 Back Rack Lunges

8 OTB Burpees
