Valentine’s Partner Warm-up! <3
3 Min Cardio, then 3 rounds:
5 Partner Burpees
10 Synchronized JJs
10 Synchronized Goblet Squats
Valentine’s Partner Chipper!
Complete the following with a partner:
50 Box Jumps 20/24
50 Kettlebell Swings 35/53
50 AbMat Sit-Ups
50 Deadlifts 115/165
50 Overhead Lunges (25/35 lb Plate)
50 Hand Release Push-Ups
50 Wall Ball Shots (14/20 lb)
50 Singles, SL Singles, DUBs, SL Singles, and Singles
Buy-In and Cash-Out:
200 meter Farmer’s Carry
For the chippers both partners can work at a time. Each partner has 50 reps of 5 different movements to complete. Both partners will start at the top of their respective lists with the first movement. If one partner finishes their 50 reps before the other, they may help their partner with their remaining reps. Both partners will advance to their next respective exercise together. Partner A cannot move onto movement 2 until partner B is done with all 50 reps of movement 1. Movements must be completed in order.
For the Farmer’s carry, each partner will carry their own set of KBs. There will be 2 lighter KBs (35lbs for women, 53lbs for men) and 2 heavier KBs (50lb for women, 70lbs for men). If there is a male/female team, one partner will carry the lighter KBs for the buy in, and then the other partner will carry the lighter KBs for the cash-out. Any team can switch who is carrying which KB at any point during the carry.
