DT meets Stamina Day...

DT is joining us for Stamina Day! Let's get after it...

 

Wednesday Jan. 29, 2020

 

CrossFit (6am/7am/9am/12:15pm/5:30pm/6:30pm/7:30pm)

 

Warm-up:

200m Row AND Run

Then, 2 Rounds

3 x Inch Worm Push-Ups

6 x Burpees

9 x Jump Squats

12 x Good Mornings w/ empty barbell

 

Then, a Barbell Stamina Day WOD!

 

5 sets of:

500m Row or Run

+

1 Round UNBROKEN "DT":

12 Deadlifts 105/155

9 Hang Power Cleans

6 Push Jerks

 

*2 minutes rest between rounds.

 

Score = Your SLOWEST round

 

**If you cannot perform unbroken DT at the prescribed weight, please scale appropriately. The idea is to complete every set UNBROKEN. It is not just about cardiovascular stamina, but also muscular stamina!
