Run 400/ Row 500 or Jump Rope 3 min

Then:

10 x Supermans

5 x Burpees

5 x Inch Worm Push-Ups

 

Stamina Day WOD:

 

4 RFT:

400m Run

27 Wall Balls

21 Pull-ups

15 Thrusters 65/95

9 Calories

3 Curtis P Complexes (See below)

Hang Squat Clean

Lunge Left

Lunge Right

Push Press
