Warm-up:

 

3 minutes of cardio, then 3 rounds:

3 jumping pull-ups

6 push-ups

9 Squats

12 Sit-ups

 

Then, group stretch.

 

WOD:

 

For time:

25 HSPU

50 Dead Lifts 95/135

50 Single Arm DB Hang C&J 35/50

50 DB Box Step-overs 35/50 (NO WEIGHTS ON BOXES!)

50 Single arm DB Hang Snatch

50 Back Squats 95/135

25 Burpees
