Here is your Friday Chipper!

CrossFit (6am/7am/9am/12:15pm/5:30pm/6:30pm)

 

Warm-up:

3 mins of cardio, then 2 rounds:

2 Rounds

3 Strict Pull-ups + hanging knee raise

6 HR Burpees

9 x Air Squat + Jump Squats

12 Walking Lunges

 

Then, group stretch

 

WOD:

 

Chipper Fri-yay!

 

For time:

Run 800M

10 Burpee Pull Ups

20 Back Squats 135/205

30 Barbell Push-ups

40 Deadlifts 135/205

50 OTB hops/OTB burpees (alternate every 5 reps – ie. 5 OTB hops, then 5 OTB burpees)
