Event 3 from 2015 Regionals

 

For time:

1 Mile Run

50 x OH Squats

100 Situps

150 x Dubs

50 x SDLHP

100 x Box Jump overs 20/24

 

RX = 65/95

CAP = 40 minutes

GOAL = Under 30 minutes
