10 EB Good mornings

10 EB Back Squats

10 EB Strict Press

Then, group stretch

It’s time to test the total again! Let’s see some PRs and new names on that leaderboard!

You will have 45 minutes to complete up to three attempts of each lift. Your score is the total of your best successful lifts.

 

• Back squat 1-1-1

• Shoulder Press 1-1-1

• Deadlift 1-1-1

If you finish early, complete your choice of:

500m Row for time

Or

1000m Row for time

5000m Run or Row
