10 Orange Squeezers

10 V-ups

10 Cossacks Lunges

 

Stamina Day WOD:

 

24 min AMRAP

6-8-10-12-etc

Burpee + Squat

Juicers

KB SA swings per side 35/53

DB Snatch per side 35/50

*Every 4 minutes including start, 30 second plank
