It was also Maegan Elizabeth McConnell's birthday today and she turned the big 3-0!! Welcome to your third decade of life Maegan! And as you all know, it was coach Matt Campbell's 32nd birthday on Monday. There are just so many September babies, I can't keep up!!
So tomorrow's chipper will be in honor of both Maegan and Matt! The first 5 exercises are Maegan's favorite CrossFit movements and the last 5 are Matt's (jump, surf, abs). We'll call it "Journey to Maegmatten"...enjoy the ride!
