For 10:00, cycle through the following exercises:

0:40 easy bike or row

0:20 FAST bike or row

1 length inch worm with push-up

10 Squat Jumps

10 Kip Swings

 

Strength:

Back Squat:

10 sets of 2 reps at 80-85%

 

WOD:

 

For time:

200 Singles

21 Hang Power Clean & Jerks 65/95

21 Pull-ups

150 Single Leg Singles

15 Hang Power C&Js 85/125

15 C2B Pull-ups

100 DUBs

9 15 Hang Power C&Js 105/155

9 Strict Pull-ups
