7-7:45am - #45: 45 minute heavy weight class which may vary between partner workouts, 1 minute max burnout, exercise elimination, and reps for time in a BA-BOOM fashion!
7:45-8:30am - Boot Camp: A total body work out going back to that old "Boot Camp" style. This class is appropriate for all levels, and the trainer will show modifications when needed! As with all our classes, you can expect a new class routine each week!.
UNLOADED PARTNER WOD (9am)
100 Goblet Squats 26/35
100 Reverse Crunch
100 KB Swings 26/35
100 Box Jumps with step down 20/24
100 KB Shoulder-to-Overhead 26/35
*While one partner is working, the other partner is running/accumulating meters. Each team must accumulate 2 miles (3200m) of running during the workout.
A) 3 x 5 reps Jerks Dips (90% 1RM Jerk)
B) 6 x 3 reps, increasing to a heavy set of 3 Jerks (power or split)
AMRAP in 21 minutes:
7 Bear Complexes 75/115
7 Jumping Pull-ups
Open Gym (11-12)
