20 Double Squat Wall Balls (Goblet Squat + WB = 1) 14/20

20 DB Snatch (each arm) 35/50

10 Ring Dips

10 x 50m suicides (to building and back 5 times)

10 Burpee Complex*

 

*Burpee Complex:

Burpee + Deck Squat Tuck Jump + Inverted Burpee = 1

 

Goal = SUB 25 MINUTES!
