Wednesday Isometric Stamina WOD!

It's Stamina Wednesday tomorrow! Instead of cardiovascular stamina, we will be working on our isometric stamina with some isometric holds. And maybe some jump rope stamina sprinkled in there ;)

It’s an isometric Stamina Day!

 

For time:

250 Singles

2-minute handstand hold (against wall)

200 SL Singles

2-minute plank hold

150 Backwards Singles

2-minute support on rings

100 DUBs

2 minute wall sit

50 Backwards DUBs

10 Sit-up and Twist

10 Oblique V-ups per side

50 Flutter Kicks
