Hey guys! Just a reminder that tomorrow (Saturday May 11th), we will be having our 9am class ONLY, and then you are all encouraged to head over to the Ryan J Mandel Charity Wellness + Fitness Event which will be held at Little Fenway (just off Linton and Dixie). The purpose of the event is to provide community awareness of the addiction epidemic will be benefited through the loving support of this non-profit charity event. Proceeds from the event will be directed to The Temperance Training Foundation, an inclusive community of men and women who have recovered from alcohol and drug addiction and who value spiritual and physical fitness. The schedule is as follows:
8:00- Yoga + Sound Bath with Barbara Alfonzo, a Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, Performer, and a self-proclaimed Self–Care Agent and Kenyatta Bell- an alternative medicine + healing specialist
9:00 Boot-camp sponsored by Slash Fitness /// Performance Orange Theory Fitness and PurLife Fitness Centers
10:00 Crossfit workout led by Temperance Training Foundation's founder/coach, Tim Mustion
