Burpee Plate Jumps

 

*complete a 150m run after any rounds of 15, 9, and 3 reps (in both sections, so 6 runs total)

 

Post-WOD Abs:

 

4 Rounds of:

1. Arms-up crunch (hands reaching straight up to ceiling) - :20 on, :10 off

2. Pilates pumps - :20 on, :10 off

3. Side plank dips (right) - 30 seconds, no rest

4. Side plank dips (left) - 30 seconds, no rest
