Here is your 30 minute Wednesday stamina WOD! Also, just a reminder, only 2 more days to complete our January Challenge of the month! Loren Ryan (69 reps) and Clayton Peart (82 reps) are currently in the lead!

 

Wednesday Jan. 30, 2019

 

CrossFit (6am/7am/9am/12:15pm/5:30pm/6:30pm/7:30pm)

 

- 3 Rounds.

- 2 minute AMRAP at each station.

- Run/Row count as 20 reps if completed in 2 minutes.

- Sub for handstand walk is bear crawl (every 12 feet – 3 mat widths - counts as 1 rep)

 

Station 1 – 400/300 Meter Row

Station 2 – Handstand walk (every 4 feet – 1 mat width - counts as 1 rep)

Station 3 – 400 Meter Run

Station 4 – 30 Toes to Bar

Station 5 – 8 Renegade Man-Makers 20/30

 

Workout time: 30 minutes

Score = total reps
