Attention to all participants of Tuff Love - a CFD In-House Partner Competition!

 

**WOD #1 UPDATE**

 

In the RX division for WOD 1B, men and women will BOTH be permitted ed to perform 5 C2B Pull-ups as a replacement for 1 Muscle-Up.

 

See updated workout description for WOD 1A and 1B below!

 

WOD #1: "The Clean up"

 

RX Division:

 

A) 0:00-6:00:

6 minutes to find your max clean (can be power or squat)*

 

6:00-10:00:

Max Bar muscle-ups or 5:1 C2B Pull-ups**

 

*Clean will be scored as a percentage of body weight. Each athlete will weigh in prior to their heat time. The total score will be the combined percentage lifted for both team members.

**Every 5 C2B pull-ups will count as 1 rep. Ever 1 Bar Muscle up will also count as 1 rep. Men and women may perform all C2Bs, BMUs, or a combination. C2B pull-ups must be performed in increments of 5 reps for them to count.

0:00-6:00:

6:00-10:00:

Max Wall Balls 10/14 to 9/10' target

 

*Clean will be scored as a percentage of body weight. Each athlete will weigh in prior to their heat time. The total score will be the combined percentage lifted for both team members.

**Wall Balls must pass through a full squat, and the med ball must make contact with the wall at or above the specified target.
