HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!! Matt and I want you all to know that we are so thankful for each and every one of you are are grateful to be a part of the amazing CFD family that we have built. We hope you all have a happy and healthy Thanksgiving tomorrow :) We will be having one class at 10am so you can come sweat it out before you pig out!! More burpees = more turkey! DO IT FOR THE PIE!! Following our 10am class, we will have open gym until 12pm. Then turkey time!!
