Endurance WOD! (9am)
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
Row for calories
5 Rounds of:
1 minute bike for calories
1 minute burpees
2 x 5-min. Rounds of:
600m loop around the block
Then, max rounds in remaining time of:
* Each section takes 10 minutes.
* Rest 3 minutes in between sections.
* Score each section separately.
