Endurance WOD! (9am)

Part A)

AMRAP in 10 minutes:

Row for calories

 

Part B)

5 Rounds of:

1 minute bike for calories

1 minute burpees

 

Part C)

2 x 5-min. Rounds of:

600m loop around the block

Then, max rounds in remaining time of:

10-20-30…etc.

DUBs

Mountain Climbers

 

* Each section takes 10 minutes.

* Rest 3 minutes in between sections.

* Score each section separately.

 

 

Crossfit (10am)

 

Strength:

Make up day! (see images below). Make up any of the strength sessions that you missed this week. If you have extra time, complete our October Challenge of the Month!

 

WOD:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1:

Power Snatch 65/95

Overhead Squat 65/95
