Here are your Tuesday WODs! Hello heavy thursters...much overdue!

 

Tuesday Sept. 18, 2018

 

CrossFit (7am/9am/5:30pm/6:30pm/7:30pm)

Strength:

5 sets of 4 Thrusters at 65% 1RM front squat

 

WOD:

Every 10 minutes, for a total of three sets, complete the following as quickly as possible, and then rest the remainder of the 10 minutes. Record time for each 10-min interval. If you cannot complete an entire round, do as much as you can and record where you got up to.

 

Row (or run) 1000 Meters

30 Kettlebell Swings 53/70

15 C2B Pull-Ups

1 minute plank hold

 

 

CrossFit Endurance (6am)

 

Every 10 minutes, for a total of three sets, complete the following as quickly as possible, and then rest the remainder of the 10 minutes. Record time for each 10-min interval. If you cannot complete an entire round, do as much as you can and record where you got up to.

 

600m Bike

500m Run (to Swinton and back)

400m Row

30 Wall Balls 14/20

20 OH MB Lunges
