9-11 Tribute WOD

September 11, 2018

Tomorrow we will be doing a 9-11 Tribute WOD to remember all of those who lost their lives in the tragedy that took place on 09/11/2001. For many of us, this event hits close to home with loved ones that were taken during this terrible event. While we perform this WOD tomorrow, we will remember every rescuer who died in honor and acknowledge every family who lives in grief. If we learn nothing else from this tragedy, we learn that life is short and there is no time for hate."

"343" - a Tribute WOD in honor of the 343 firefighters lost on 9/11/01


For time, with a partner, complete:

100 Power Cleans 65/95

100 T2B

100 Shoulder-to-Overhead 65/95

43 Synchronized burpees


Cool Down:

In honor of the 2,606 people who were in the World Trade Center and on the ground perished in the attacks on and the subsequent collapse of the towers, complete:

2606 meters of running or rowing

11 Calorie Row

11 Rower Knee Tucks

11 meter lateral high plank walk (per side)

11 Wall Balls 14/20
