Friday's Chipper! Say hi to Curtis P!

Sooo...due to our tough week of WODs (which started with our Labor Day extravaganza!), we've had some requests to save the Lumberjack 20 WOD for a day when we are a little less sore! So we will save it perhaps until next Friday...or maybe a day when you least expect be ready! Instead for our chipper tomorrow, Curtis P will be paying a little visit ;)

600m Run

50 Box Jump Overs 20/24

40 Wall Balls 14/20

30 Hang Power Cleans 65/95

20 Hollow Floor Press + Leg Raise*

10 Curtis P. Complexes**


*For the hollow floor press + leg raise, you will lie on the floor and use your hips to press the bar off the ground into a bench press position. You will then bring your legs to a hollow hold position. Each rep starts in a hollow position with the bar above the chest. You will then lower your elbows to the floor and then press the bar straight up over your chest to return to its starting position, keeping your legs about 6 inches off the ground and straight for the duration of each rep.
