Great job on that tough WOD and high volume strength session today everyone! We've got our beloved stamina day comin' up tomorrow!

Stamina Day WOD!

 

3 RFT:

 

1K Run (to Atlantic and back)

20 Jumping Pull-ups (RX is to a bar above standing reach)

15 Power Snatches 65/95

10 Kettlebell Box Step-Ups (2 x 35/53) to 20’’

5 KB Thrusters (2 x 35/53)

 

 

On-Ramp (7:30pm)
