Strength:

Push Press

4 x 5 reps at 85%

5 x 5 reps at 75%

6 x 5 reps at 65%

 

WOD:

4 x 4-minute AMRAP with 1 minute rest between rounds:

20 KB Swings 35/53

10 Burpees

20 Goblet Squats 35/53

10 Inverted Burpees

Max HSPU/Calories in remaining time (alternating rounds)

 

CrossFit Endurance (6am)

 

5 x 6-minute AMRAPS of:

24 Calorie Row

24 Squats

24 Single leg singles (right leg)

24 Single leg singles (left leg)

24 HR Push-up Shoulder Taps

Max Mountain Climbers in remaining time

 

*1 minute rest between each round

 

Score = total number of mountain climbers
