CrossFit (7am/9am/5:30pm/6:30pm/7:30pm) 

 

Strength:  

 

EMOM for 10 minutes:

Push Press

Push Jerk

Split Jerk with 3-sec. Pause in split

 

Goal weight = 85-90% 1RM Push Press

 

WOD:  

 

21-15-9-15-21

Hang Power Cleans 75/115

Wall Balls

*30 DUBs after each round 

 

  

CrossFit Endurance (6am) 

 

3 Rounds:

3 Minute Calorie Row

2 Minute Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

1 Minute Calorie Bike

 

Rest 2 Minutes after each round

 

Then...

 

With your jump rope, run 1500m (the mile loop without going to the stop sign and back at the end) and perform 50 Unders at EVERY INTERSECTION!!

 

*Note: There are 9 intersections so DON'T CHEAT!!
