Here are your magnificent Monday WODs! Monday's strength is building off last Monday's load, so please make have your working load in mind prior to coming to class so you don't have to waste time figuring it out!

15 minutes to complete 7 Sets at 85-90% of your heaviest complex from last Monday of:

Power Clean

Hang Power Clean

Hang Squat Clean

Thruster 

 

WOD: 

2 Rounds of:

200m Run

20 Deadlifts 135/205

20 Pull-ups

 

Then, 2 rounds of:

200m Row

20 KB Swings 53/70

20 HR Push-ups

 

**20 MINUTE CAP**

 

Endurance WOD (6:30pm)

50 Mountain Climbers

30 Burpees

50 Mountain Climbers

30 Box Jumps

50 MB Sit-up and Toss 10/14
