Hey guys! Before we announce your Friday chipper, we'd like you to please note our schedule changes that will take effect next week! Staring Monday July 2, we will be making the following changes to our morning class schedule:
*On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, we will have 6am/7am/9am/12:15pm classes. Note our current 10am CrossFit class is moving up to 9am. We will have open gym from 8-9am, but will be CLOSED from 10am-12pm.
*On Wednesday evenings, we will be adding a CROSSFIT class at 6:30pm. Our 7:30pm class is usually quite large, so we're hoping some of our 7:30 athletes will spill over into the 6:30pm class!
*For the 4th of July, we will be having an 8:30am and 10am class ONLY. It will be a special stamina edition 4th of July WOD so don't miss out! Wear your red, white, and blue!!
