Stamina Wednesday!

Lots of gymnasticsy fun today! Great job on those pull-overs guys! Now onto our Wednesday stamina...2 miles of running/rowing and all the reps! We will also be having yoga with Natti at 6:30pm so come stretch and work out that DOMS! (*Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness)

Stamina Day!

 

4 x 2:30 Rounds of:

400m Run

Max Reps

 

Round 1 – Air Squats

Round 2 – Push-ups

Round 3 – Sit-ups

Round 4 – DUBs (count every 2 singles as 1 rep)

 

*30 seconds rest between rounds

 

Then, 4 x 2:30 rounds of:

400m Row

Max reps

 

Round 1 – Wall Balls 14/20

Round 2 – Inverted Burpees

Round 3 – Single-leg burpees

Round 4 – Box Jump Overs 20/24

 

*30 seconds rest between rounds

 

SCORE = TOTAL REPS

 

 

6:30pm – yoga with Natti!
