Chipper Friday has arrived! Tomorrow's chipper was created by CFD athlete Randi Allyson Zwilling! Randi consistently attends the 12:15pm classes during the week and for those of you who haven't gotten the pleasure of meeting her, consider this chipper an introduction! Randi is a very hard worker and we are very grateful to have her as part of our CFD family! Thanks for the awesome chipper Randi!

400m Run or Row (whichever you didn't do in the beginning)
*Monkey Swing = K2E + T2B + Pull-up
Scaled version = 10 knee raise/leg raise (alternating), then 10 jumping pull-ups (or ring rows)
