Let's get some more scores up there for our June challenge of the month! MAX DUBS IN 90 SECONDS...get your DUBs on! Also, for those of you who have not seen Jeffrey Stone's post in our TEAM DIMENSIONS Facebook group, he and Jay Good are hosting a Summer Kickoff Brunch at the Caspian next Sunday June 10th! EVERYONE IS INVITED!! Time to celebrate the start of summer and what better way than a Post-WOD Patio Party! We will provide the Beer, Mimosas and Bloody Mary bar! There are 2 gas grills and a wet bar, plenty of seating and hopefully some much needed sunshine! Bring your favorite brunch snacks and let's have some fun with our CFD family. Friends and significant others are welcome. If you are not a member of the TEAM DIMENSIONS group were we post about fun upcoming events and other fun things, please let me (Coach Rebecca) know so I can add you!!

AMRAP in 35 minutes (GOAL = 5 rounds!):

600m Loop around block

20 Over-the-rail hops

15 Calorie Row

10 Deck Squat/Burpee Box Jumps (alternating – 5 of each)

50 Alternating SL singles

 

 

Crossfit (10am)

 

Strength:

3 “Giant Sets”:

Max Effort Bodyweight Bench Press (75% BW for females)

Max Strict Pull-Ups

200 Meter Kettlebell Front Rack Carry (53’s/35’s)

 

Rest 3 Minute Between Efforts.

 

WOD:

 

AMRAP in 16 minutes:

200m Run

10 Thrusters 85/125

1-2-3…Rope Climbs (increase by 1 each round)
