Skills day is back tomorrow! Coach Reebs will be leading the 6:30pm SKILLZ class through a series of basic tumbling movements, to solidify our balance, coordination, and flexibility dimensions of fitness. All skill levels are welcome!! So hope to see you there :)

Skill(s) of the Day: Balance, Coordination, and Flexibility
We will set up the thick blue mats across the room and review some basic tumbling progressions. These progressions can be catered to any skill level. Everybody is welcomed and encouraged to come!! Some of the tumbling/balance movements we will be learning include, but are not limited to:
Crawl – bear, crab, spider, bridge
Rolling – forward, back, log
Cartwheels with variations
Isometric holds – stradle, hanging chair, wall sit
