Everybody loves STAMINA and SKILLS day!! Bring it on! Tomorrow's skill(s) of the day for our 6:30pm "SKILLZ" class are balance and flexibility...see you there!

6:30PM – Skills training with Natti!

 

Skill(s) of the Day: Balance and Flexibility

 

Natti will be leading the class though a series of yoga poses, stretches and mobility exercises to target specific muscle groups that we have used in our WODs this week. Come stretch out those sore muscles and work on your flexibility! It will pay off later...I promise!
