**ATTENTION MEMBERS - Important announcement regarding water bottles and gym shoes**

 

In attempt to clean up the clutter that has accumulated on the shelves at the gym, we are instituting a new rule effective this Monday May 7th. There will be NO STORAGE PERMITTED of water bottles and gym shoes at the gym. This means that if you have a water bottle or a pair of shoes/lifters there now, you have one week to claim it. Anything left at the gym at the end of next week (Friday May 11th) will be either thrown away or given to charity. This goes for clothing as well. I took home a bag of clothes to wash today and will bring back to the gym tomorrow. Please take a look and claim anything that is yours. The clutter issue has gotten a little out of control...so much so that the shelves are pretty much completely full before anybody even shows up for class. Please help your coaches in resolving this issue by bringing your belongings home with you. If you are forgetful when it comes to bringing your gym shoes or water bottle, keep a spare in your car. Let's all work together to keep the gym clean and tidy please and thank you :)

Strength: Make up day!! Make up any day of strength that you missed from last week (Mon, Tues, Thurs, or Saturday). If you attended every day, take 20 minutes to work on one of your GOATs!
