7-7:45am - #45: 45 minute heavy weight class which may vary between partner workouts, 1 minute max burnout, exercise elimination, and reps for time in a BA-BOOM fashion!
7:45-8:30am - Boot Camp: A total body work out going back to that old "Boot Camp" style. This class is appropriate for all levels, and the trainer will show modifications when needed! As with all our classes, you can expect a new class routine each week!
Unloaded WOD (9am)
Pre-WOD partner work:
3 Rounds (in any order) of the following exercises with a partner:
20 Partner Wall Balls (12 Feet apart)
20 Partner push-ups
30 Foot Weighted Wheelburrow carry (each) 20/30
5 Rounds of:
5 DB Clean and Press 20/30
5 Rounds of:
5 Weighted Sit-ups 20/30 (1-DB)
5 DB Thrusters 20/30
Back rack Front Foot elevated reverse lunges
Build to a heavy set of 8
“The Angry Mexican”
AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
5 box jumps 24/30
5 handstand pushups
5 power cleans 95/135
5, 1 arm thrusters right, 35/53
5, 1 arm thrusters left, 35/53
