So proud of all our CFD coaches and athletes who took it upon themselves to get CPR certified tonight! You never know when you will have the opportunity to save a life...and since we're all CrossFit athletes, we live by the motto of being "prepared for the unknown and the unknowable."

 

It is Friday eve so you all know what that means...Cha-Cha-Cha-Chipper Friday is upon us!! 200 reps and 2 miles later, I hope you will all feel equipped to take on the weekend!
