Strength:

 

Max reps bench press at 70% of your max

Take 25% away from those reps for another three sets

For example, if I did 20 reps @70% I would reduce to 15

And perform 3x15 @70%

 

WOD:

 

10 RFT:

DUBs (3-6-9-21-15-18-21-24-27-30)

T2B (2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20)

Front Squats 65/95 (1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10)

 

 

CrossFit Endurance (6am)

Row for Calories

Ab-mat Sit-ups

 

*200m Run between each round
