5 TnG power cleans (think 75% or less)

Immediately into

3 backsquats (think 75% or less)

100 DUBs

100 Air Squats

100 Mountain Climbers

100 Suspended Knee-ups

1000m Run

 

…then repeat, cutting everything in half!
