Max length static hold at 90 degree angle

AMRAP in 7 minutes:

15 calorie row

15 push-ups

 

3 minute rest

 

AMRAP in 7 minutes:

10 calorie bike

10 Box Jump Overs 24/30

 

3 minute rest

 

AMRAP in 7 minutes:

50 Foot Suicide (2 x 25 ft. lengths – 1 length on right foot only, 1 length on left foot only)

50 Mountain Climbers
