Part A)

Ascending Calories (2-4-6-8…etc)

 

Rest 2-5 minutes

 

Part B)

Inverted Burpees

 

*10 OH Lunges 25/35 in BETWEEN each round

 

(20 minute cap for part B)

Strength:

Make-up Day! Make up any of the strength sessions from this week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday)

 

**PLEASE PLAN IN ADVANCE WHICH DAY YOU ARE GOING FOR MAKE UP. You will have 20 minutes to complete whichever day you missed. If you attended all strength days this past week, then you will have 20 minutes to complete the Sunday challenge:

Subs for muscle-ups are C2B pull-ups or chin-over-the-bar pullups (scale to banded or jumping as needed)
