15 MB Torso Twists R/L = 1

15 Burpees Box Jumps 20/24

15 V-ups

 

 

Crossfit (10am)

 

Strength:

Bench Press:

2 sets of 10 at 65%

3 sets of 6 at 80%

 

WOD:

On the Minute x 20 (5 Rounds)

Station 1 – 1 Round of “Cindy”

Station 2 – 10 Hang C&J 75/115

Station 3 – Max Calories

Station 4 – Rest

 

Score = total calories (RX if cindy and HC&J are completed EVERY ROUND at prescribed weight)
