Here is your Hump Day WOD...

CrossFit (6am/7am/10am/12:15pm/5:30pm/7:30pm)

 

Partner Pre-WOD/warm-up:

In teams of 2, alternate tasks to complete 6 full rounds:

15 Unbroken S2OH* 65/95

7 Strict Pull-ups

200m Run

 

*For the S2OH, start with strict press and do as many unbroken as you can. Once you strict press to failure, switch to either push press or jerk to finish out the reps.

 

WOD:

 

“The bear takes a break”

 

**CHOOSE YOUR LOADS WISELY! You must be able to complete the entire WOD using the same weight.

 

For time:

12 Power Cleans

1 minute plank

12 Front Squats

1 minute wall sit

12 Push Press

1 minute ring support hold

12 Back Squats

1 minute chin-over-the-bar hold

12 BTN Push Press

1 minute OH barbell hold

1 Bear Complex
