We're rappin' with TWO AMRAPs tomorrow for our stamina session and partner WOD! Bring your rappin' face and be ready to WORK!! And don't forget about yoga at 6:30pm...flexibility is one our our 10 dimensions of fitness...don't forget it!!

AMRAP in 15 minutes

150 Unders

150m Run

15 Mountain Climbers R/L = 1

15 HR Push-ups

15 Handstand shoulder taps (same shoulder) freestanding or against wall

WOD:

 

Partner WOD!

 

AMRAP in 20 minutes

(with a Partner)

2000 meter Row / partner plank

150 Wall Ball Shots / partner wall sit

100 Toes-to-Bars / partner handstand

 

 

6:30PM – YOGA with Natti!

 

On-ramp (7:30pm)
