AMRAP in 4 minutes:

400m Run

100 DUBs (1:1 singles)

MAX Mountain Climbers R/L = 1

 

REST 1 MINUTE

 

AMRAP in 4 minutes:

400m Row

100 DUBs (1:1 singles)

MAX Squat Thrust Plate Jumps

 

REST 1 MINUTE

 

AMRAP in 4 minutes:

1K Bike (or sub for another 400m run in the bigger classes)

100 DUBs (1:1 singles)

MAX Overhead Lunges 25/35

10 Muscle-ups (ring or bar)

 

*ONLY ONE PARTNER WORKING AT A TIME.

*Reps can be broken up any way.

*Sub for Muscle-ups is 5 Toes-THRU-Rings per muscle up
