Week 3, Day 4:
Clean Complex: 2 clean pulls, 1 power clean, 1 full clean + 1 push jerk @ 65-75% of max clean and jerk, Every 90sec for 6 rounds.
A) Farmers carry x 60 seconds x 4
Use heavy or fat gripz, whatever you didn't use previously.
B) OH barbell curls @ 35-65lbs x AMRAP x 4
Neutral wrist, keeping the barbell close to your body, elbows draw back, not out.
