**Strength program announcement:
After giving the strength program more thought, we decided that 5 days/week would be too much of a commitment for most people. So Brian will be adjusting the program to be 4 days/week and I will schedule a make-up day so that you will be given the opportunity to make up any days you missed. I want everyone to be as committed to this program as possible! We will be started MONDAY so get ready!!
