CrossFit (10am)

Strength:

Push Press (*ADD WEIGHT EVERY SET)

Rest 2 minutes

EMOM x 5:

Push Press (*ADD WEIGHT EVERY SET)

**Don’t start too heavy because you need to be able to increase weight each minute as the reps decrease
